Honestly the only way I can build a huge amount of muscle is if I consume 3k+ in calories every day. Don&#039;t eat whatever, eat clean but eat often and lots. I don&#039;t mean stuff yourself but consume high calorie foods (carbs) 5-6 times a day - Protein shakes can be a great way to add some extra calories.</description>
