What kind of fruits are you going to put in the smoothies that have no carbohydrates? Carbs are your main source of nutrition. Absolutely no carbs would be bad.
Here would be my recommendations:
*Avoid fast food and "empty" calories like sugary snacks (duh) Even diet pops aren’t very good, since your body wants calories, and the pop tastes like it has sugars, but it doesn’t, leading to more cravings latter (and totally messing with your body’s sense of how much energy is in the food you’re eating).
*Things higher in fiber (like vegetables and fruits) can help you feel full.
*An apple or other fruit makes a good snack. It can tide you over till the next meal and is good for you, but won’t add many calories.
*Try to avoid simple sugars. Complex carbohydrates are better, like starches in pastas and whole-wheat breads.
*Drink lots of water. It’s almost impossible to be too hydrated, and water can help offset hunger.
*Try to eat a variety of healthy things; keep it balanced. Diets that demand a total exclusion of some foods are the hardest diets to stay on.
How much weight you could lose really depends. If all you are is just not that in shape, you may not lose much. It’s true that muscle weighs more than fat, and as you lose fat, you’ll also add some muscle. However, you’ll probably look and feel better even if the scale doesn’t change too much.

Loosing weight is not achieved by missing meals, following fad diets, or relying on a fat burner alone. Infact, avoiding meals on purposes is probably one of the worse things you can do in terms of weight loss. The fundamentals are really simple, seriously. Anyone with some common sense will have figured these out even without reading these points.
1. Eat a healthy. balanced diet. I can’t stress this enough. Instead of avoiding meals, you should be striving to eat 5 small meals throughout the day.
2. Exercise. Exercise. Exercise. 3 to 5 times a week, and about 30 minutes each session is plenty. By the way, for those of you who prefer to do long session of cardio, I should tell you now that doing about 30 minutes of high intensity cardio will burn more fat.
